  • 2 cucumbers: Peeled and chopped
  • 4 cups water: To help with blending
  • 1 Lemon: Halved, seeds removed, and freshly squeezed
  • 2 tablespoons honey: Adjust to taste
  • 1 piece of ginger: Peeled and grated or chopped (optional but adds a nice zing)

  • Cucumber: For garnish (optional)

INSTRUCTIONS

Prepare the Ingredients:

Blend the Ingredients:

  • Place the chopped cucumbers into the blender.

  • Taste the juice and adjust the sweetness or lime juice according to your preference.

Chill and Serve:

  • Transfer the juice to a pitcher.
  • Refrigerate for at least 1 hour to chill (optional).
  • When ready to serve, pour the juice over ice cubes in glasses.
  • Garnish with cucumber slices if desired.
